1/2 cup monterey jack cheese , shredded ( to taste )

1/2 green bell pepper , seeded , and chopped into thin rings
1/2 red bell pepper , seeded , and chopped into thin rings
3 -4 flour tortillas

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
