Ingredients

1 lb hamburger or 1 lb chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup ( I use the reduced fat )
1 can cream of chicken soup ( I use the reduced fat )
1 can rotel ( original or sometimes I use the hotter one depends on my mood )
0.5 bag nacho cheese flavor Doritos
2 -3 green onions , chopped , i usually omit ( optional )
1 bag shredded mexican cheese ( use your own judgment , I like extra cheese )
0.5 bag nacho cheese flavor Doritos , finely crushed

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.Brown the ground beef or chicken in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain the excess fat.
3.In a large bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and rotel.
4.Crush half a bag of nacho cheese flavor Doritos and sprinkle it on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
5.Add a layer of the soup mixture onto the Doritos, followed by a layer of the cooked meat.
6.Sprinkle with shredded cheese and finely crushed Doritos.
7.Repeat layering until all ingredients are used up, making sure to end with a layer of shredded cheese and crushed Doritos on top.
8.Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the casserole is heated through.
