Ingredients

4 -5 chicken cutlets
4 flour tortillas
1 dash garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sazon completo ( I use Badilla Brand )
3 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 cup green pepper , diced
1/2 cup red pepper , diced
1 small onion , diced
3 tablespoons salsa , use your favorite
2 cups romaine lettuce , chopped
1 cup chopped tomato
1 cup cheddar cheese , grated

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper, and sazon completo spice mix.
2.Rub chicken cutlets with the spice mixture, and then chop them into small pieces.
3.Heat up a large skillet or griddle on medium-high heat with 2 tsp of olive oil.
4.Add the chopped chicken, onions, and peppers to the skillet, stirring to cook evenly for 7-10 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked through.
5.Add 3 Tbsp of your favorite salsa to the skillet and mix thoroughly with the chicken and veggie mixture. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
6.Heat up the flour tortillas in a microwave or on a hot skillet for 15-30 seconds each.
7.On each tortilla, add a handful of romaine lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and grilled chicken and veggie mixture. Top with grated cheddar cheese and guacamole.
8.Fold over the tortilla, serve, and enjoy!
