4 tablespoons onions , chopped and divided

12 large eggs
3/4 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup cilantro leaf , chopped
1/3 cup fresh tomato , seeded and chopped
