Ingredients

Instructions

3.Add diced, charred, and peeled fresh Anaheim chilies or Poblano chiles to the skillet.
4.Add frozen or fresh corn to the skillet, and sprinkle salt and pepper.
5.Pour evaporated milk and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and sharp cheddar cheese to the skillet. Cook on medium heat until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
6.Sprinkle red chili powder on top of the dish, and enjoy.
