Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 medium onion ( chopped )
1 can tomato paste or ( 12 ounce ) can tomato puree
1 cup water
1 envelope taco seasoning
10 -12 flour tortillas , warmed
1 jar cheese sauce ( like Cheeze Whiz , or melted Velveeta processed cheese )
1 can green chilies , chopped ( or 2 fresh chiles )
1 large bell pepper , cut into 1/2-inch pieces ( optional )
1 large onion , chopped ( optional )
1 teaspoon cumin ( optional )
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes ( optional )
1/2 teaspoon chili powder ( optional )
2 cups Mexican blend cheese , shredded ( optional )

Instructions
