2 lbs chuck roast
10 slices bacon , diced
1 large onion , diced
5 garlic cloves , minced
10 tomatillos , hulled and chopped
1 cup cilantro , de-stemmed
4 limes , quartered into wedges
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon

Instructions

1.Cut the chuck roast into small pieces and put them aside.

7.Add the remaining cilantro and stir it in. Serve with lime wedges.
