toothpick , to hold
1/2 cup oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F
2.In a mixing bowl, Combine shredded roast beef, green chilies, jalapeno, salt, pepper and jalapeno cheese.
3.Warm up corn tortillas on a flat grill or comal (tortilla griddle).
4.Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of the roast beef mixture along the center of each tortilla and roll.
5.Secure with a toothpick and set aside.
6.In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together oil and garlic powder.
7.Brush the taquitos with the garlic oil mixture on each side.
8.Bake the taquitos for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
9.Serve hot with your favorite salsa and guacamole.
