8 cherry tomatoes
8 pitted black olives , halved horizontally

Instructions

1.Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.

4.Cut a small triangle out of the top of each tomato and remove the seeds and pulp with a spoon, leaving hollow.
5.Spoon the guacamole into each tomato, filling it to the top.
6.Top each tomato with olive halves, placing them cut-side down into the guacamole.
