Instructions

1.In a large bowl mix together McCormick� Grill Mates� Mexican Fiesta Marinade, olive oil, lime juice, and water.
2.Add the flank steak or chicken breasts and let marinate for at least 30 minutes, but no more than 3 hours.
3.Preheat a large skillet or grill pan to medium-high heat.
4.Remove the steak or chicken from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.
5.Sear the steak or chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165�F.
6.While the meat is cooking, add the bell pepper and onion to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are slightly softened.
7.Allow the steak or chicken to rest for 5 minutes before cutting it into thin slices.
