Ingredients

1 kg mincemeat ( I use lamb but beef is ok too )
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
2 packets taco seasoning mix ( i use mild for my family )
1 jar spaghetti sauce ( extra garlic sauce is yum )
500 g pasta
salt
pepper

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 180°C.
2.In a bowl, mix together the mincemeat, breadcrumbs, eggs, and taco seasoning mix until well-combined.
3.Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on a baking tray.
4.Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
5.In a large saucepan, heat the spaghetti sauce over medium heat.
6.When the meatballs are cooked, add them to the spaghetti sauce and stir well to coat.
7.Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
8.Drain the pasta and divide it between serving plates.
9.Serve the meatballs and sauce on top of the pasta. Add salt and pepper to taste.
