6 roma tomatoes ( roughly chopped )
1 medium white onion ( roughly chopped )
6 garlic cloves ( minced )
2 cups water
1/2 fish bouillon cube
salt and pepper
1 lime

Instructions

1.Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
2.Sear red snapper steaks on both sides until golden brown, then remove from pan and set aside.
3.In the same pan, sauté jalapenos, onions, and garlic until softened.
4.Add chopped tomatoes, water, and fish bouillon cube and bring to a boil.
5.Reduce heat to a simmer, then add the snapper steaks back into the pan and let cook until fish is flaky and tender.
6.Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top and serve hot.
