Instructions

In a deep cast-iron or electric skillet, heat about 1 in. of oil to 375°. Fry doughnuts, a few at a time, until golden brown on both sides. Cook for 2-3 minutes, turning frequently.
6.Drain on paper towels, then sprinkle warm doughnuts with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Serve warm.
