7 cups confectioners ' sugar
2 cups cornstarch

Instructions

7.Let the skulls dry for 24-48 hours on a baking sheet or parchment paper.
8.Using a small paintbrush, add designs and details with icing or food coloring gel.
9.Let the skulls dry again until the icing is hard and dry.
