Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
3.Add rice, tomato sauce, water, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet; stir well.
4.Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 20-25 minutes or until rice is cooked.
