1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup beer or 1/2 cup white wine
8 garlic cloves , minced

2 1/2 - 3 lbs skirt steaks

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix together orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, canola oil, soy sauce, beer or white wine, minced garlic, and black pepper to create a marinade.

3.Heat a grill on high heat.
4.Remove steak from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side or until it reaches desired doneness.
5.Let steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
