1 teaspoon dried oregano ( Mexican preferred )
1 tablespoon fresh savory
salt and pepper

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 425F.
2.Put tomatoes, onion, serrano peppers, cilantro and garlic in baking dish.

5.Mix together and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
6.Blend the mixture in a blender until smooth.
7.Heat the saucepan and pour the blended mixture, simmer for 5-10 minutes.
