Ingredients

1 can black beans , rinsed and drained
1 can tomato sauce
1 can mexicorn , drained
2 cans chopped green chilies
1 cup salsa
1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
3 teaspoons ground cumin
3 teaspoons chili powder
3 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons garlic powder
12 corn tortillas
2 large tomatoes , sliced
2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.In a large skillet, cook sausage and onion until sausage is no longer pink.

4.Layer six tortillas in the bottom of a greased 13x9 inch baking dish.
5.Spread half of the sausage mixture over the tortillas.
6.Layer six more tortillas on top of the sausage mixture.
7.Spread remaining sausage mixture over the tortillas.
8.Top with sliced tomatoes and shredded cheese.
9.Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
