Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning
3/4 cup water
1 can refried beans
1/2 cup salsa
6 flour , totillas
2 cups frozen corn , thawed
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until it is no longer pink. Drain off the grease.
3.Add taco seasoning and 3/4 cup of water to the skillet, stirring well to combine. Raise the heat and allow the mixture to come to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
4.Spread the refried beans on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with half of the taco meat mixture.
5.Spread the salsa over the meat, then layer with the corn and half of the cheddar cheese.
6.Arrange the tortillas on top of the cheese, followed by the remaining taco meat mixture and the rest of the cheese on top.
7.Cover dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and cook for another 10 minutes to brown the cheese on top before taking it out of the oven.
