1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.Cut 4 sheets of Reynold’s Wrap Foil (12”x12”) and lay each one flat on your work surface with the shiny side facing up.
3.Place one tilapia fillet on each foil sheet.
4.In a small bowl, mix together cumin, chili powder, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle evenly over each fillet.
5.Top each fillet with 1 tbsp of butter. Then divide black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, and jalapenos evenly onto each sheet.
6.Fold every corner of each foil sheet into the center and pinch with your fingers to seal it well.
7.Transfer the foil packets onto a baking tray. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
8.Take the tray out of the oven and carefully open each packet.
9.Serve with steamed rice.
