18 -20 golf ball sized tomatillos
3 -6 serrano peppers ( I use 4 , adjust to your taste )
1 medium onion
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
3 -4 garlic cloves
2 -3 avocados
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.Peel and rinse tomatillos, and place them on a baking sheet with serrano peppers, onion, and garlic cloves. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, then toss to coat. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened and slightly charred.
