1 -2 garlic clove
1/4 cup roasted red pepper
1/4 cup fat-free chicken broth or 1/4 cup vegetable broth
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
sour cream ( optional )
cayenne pepper ( optional )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.

3.Blend until smooth.
4.Spread the mixture in an oven-safe dish and bake in preheated oven until heated through and slightly browned on top, about 25 minutes.
