4 tamales ( your favorite flavor , we chose green chile and cheese )
1 lb ground beef
1 can mild green chilies
1 can enchilada sauce ( i used ortega mild enchilada sauce )
1 bag of shredded colby-monterey jack cheese
1 container sour cream

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat and stir occasionally until it turns brown.
3.Once brown, add in the green chilies and enchilada sauce, and heat for another 5 minutes.
4.Take a 9x13 baking dish and place the tamales on the bottom.
5.Pour the beef and sauce mixture over the tamales.
6.Then sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the mixture.
7.Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is golden brown.
8.Once out of the oven, let it cool for 5-10 minutes, then top with sour cream and enjoy!
