Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.In a medium bowl, mix together the cooked turkey, shredded cheddar cheese, and green chili sauce.
3.In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
4.Place the flour tortilla in the skillet, and cook for 1-2 minutes until slightly crispy.
5.Flip the tortilla over and spread the cranberry sauce and sour cream on one half of the tortilla.
6.Spoon the turkey mixture over the toppings.
7.Fold the other half of the tortilla over the toppings, and press down lightly.
8.Cook for 1 minute more until heated through.
9.Using a spatula, transfer the quesadilla to a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
10.Let the quesadilla cool for 2-3 minutes before slicing and serving.
