1 container Cool Whip , topping thawed
1/4 cup kraft caramel topping

Instructions

1.Line 9-inch square pan with 20 wafers; set aside.
2.Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.; spoon 1-1/2 cups over wafers in prepared dish.
3.Cover with 10 of the remaining wafers, 1 cup of the remaining pudding mixture and half the COOL WHIP.
4.Repeat layer once.
5.Top with remaining wafers and pudding mixture.
6.Refrigerate 3 hours (or until firm).
7.Top with remaining COOL WHIP and caramel topping just before serving.
