Ingredients

3 lbs beef tri-tip steak
10 ounces pepperoncini peppers ( sliced , I used the yummy garlicy ones from Trader joe 's )
12 ounces mexican beer
1 red onion , diced

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).
