Ingredients

1 can black beans ( Drained and Rinsed )
1 can kidney beans ( Drained and Rinsed )
1 can pinto beans ( Drained and Rinsed )
2 ounces tomato paste
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 garlic cloves
1/2 large yellow onion
1/2 cup diced red peppers ( or both ) or 1/2 cup green pepper ( or both )
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper , to taste
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 diced fresh jalapenos
hot sauce ( I only use Dat ' l Do-It Hot Sauce , Dat ' l Do-It is a tomato rich sauce that is mildly sweet & Hot )

Instructions

1.In a blending machine, add black beans, kidney beans and pinto beans. Pulse a few times to roughly blend it without turning it into paste.
2.In another blending machine, add garlic cloves, onion, cilantro, diced red and green peppers, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, cayenne pepper, chili powder, cumin, fresh lime juice, diced fresh jalapenos, and dat ' l do-it hot sauce.
3.Pulse it all together, adding water as needed, until you get a smooth dip consistency.
4.Adjust the seasoning of the dip to taste.
5.Garnish with cheese and serve chilled or at room temperature with tortilla chips or veggies for dipping.
