16 ounces drained tofu ( i think any will do , i used soft ) or 5 eggs
4 large burrito tortillas
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 cup diced onion
salsa
shredded cheddar cheese
lettuce
sour cream

Instructions
