2 lbs boneless beef sirloin
2/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup parsley , minced
1/3 cup cayenne pepper sauce
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
4 garlic cloves , peeled & crushed
