Ingredients

6 inches corn tortillas
1 lb ground turkey ( or 1 lb ground beef )
1 can sweet whole kernel corn , drained
1 can black beans , drained
1 jar salsa , medium heat
1 package taco seasoning ( or you can throw in your own seasonings for a bit of personal preference , ie cumin , chili pepper fla )
1 package sour cream
1 package Mexican blend cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.

6.Repeat the layering process with the remaining tortillas, turkey mixture, sour cream, and cheese.
7.Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
8.Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
