1/2 cup peach preserves
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons honey

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 peach , peeled , pitted and cut into thin slices
1 red pears , peeled , cored and cut into thin slices
1 package cream cheese , softened
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
1 egg , beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 can refrigerated biscuits ( 10-count )
1/3 cup sliced almonds

Instructions

1.Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Cut a sheet of Reynolds Wrap Foil and coat it with cooking spray.
2.In a small bowl, mix peach preserves, brown sugar, honey, melted butter and cinnamon. Set aside.
3.Arrange the sliced peach and red pear over the foil.
4.Whisk together cream cheese, sugar, heavy cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, egg and vanilla extract.
5.Cut each of the biscuits into 4 big pieces.
6.Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the biscuits.
7.Top the biscuits with sliced almonds.
8.Spread the peach preserve mixture over the fruits.
9.Place the foiled mixture on top of the grill and cover it for around 10 minutes, or until crisp and browned.
10.Remove from the grill, flip it upside-down, and serve it warm.
