Ingredients

3 lbs boneless pork shoulder
1 can salsa verde
1 onion
6 garlic cloves
30 corn tortillas ( more or less )
1 jalapeno pepper
1 can pinto beans
1 tablespoon cooking oil ( use whatever . I used olive oil because it was handy )
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1.Cut the pork shoulder into medium-sized cubes and season with salt.

5.Once the pressure is released, open the cooker and add the pinto beans. Mix everything together and cook for a few more minutes.
6.To serve, heat up the corn tortillas in a frying pan or in the microwave.
7.Fill the tortillas with the carnitas mixture and serve hot.
