Ingredients

12 flour whole grain tortillas ( or corn tortillas )
1/4 - 1/2 cup orange puree ( My Take on Sneaky Orange Puree )
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese , shredded ( or 12 slices American cheese )
6 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
Covert Quesadillas are a perfect blend of sweet and savory. The orange puree adds a slightly sweet, fruity flavor that pairs perfectly with the sharp cheddar cheese. Instructions

1.Heat a skillet over medium-high heat
2.Spread orange puree on one side of each tortilla
3.Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese on top of orange puree and cover with another tortilla
4.Brush the top tortilla with 1 teaspoon of olive oil
5.Flip the quesadilla and spread 2 tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the newly cheese-less tortilla.
6.Brush the top tortilla with 1 teaspoon of olive oil and keep flipping until the cheese is melted in the quesadilla and the tortillas are crispy.
7.Serve the quesadillas hot and enjoy!
