1 package ZATARAIN'S� Black Beans and Rice ( Substitution -- Reduced Sodium Black Beans and Rice )
2 tablespoons butter ( Substitutions -- 2 tablespoons margarine or olive oil )
8 tostadas
2 cups shredded cooked chicken

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375�F.
2.Combine water, butter and Zatarain's Black Beans and Rice in 2-quart saucepan.
3.Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 25 minutes or until rice is tender.
4.Top each tostada with 1/4 cup cooked black beans and rice and 1/4 cup shredded chicken.
5.Bake in preheated oven for 4 to 6 minutes or until heated through.
