Instructions

1.Heat oven to 375°F.
2.Grease bottom and side of pie plate with cooking spray.
3.In a medium bowl, stir together Bisquick mix, cornmeal and milk.
4.Stir in corn. Spread in bottom of pie plate.
5.In a skillet, cook beef, scallion and bell pepper over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown.
6.Drain and stir in water, chilies, taco sauce, tomato sauce and picante sauce.
7.Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
8.Spoon beef mixture over cornmeal mixture in pie plate.
9.Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown and filling is hot.
10.Let pie stand for 5 minutes before serving.
