8 ounces tomatillos , chopped ( about 8 small )
1 cup frozen baby lima bean
2 tablespoons butter , melted
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup queso fresco , crumbled
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro , chopped
4 lime wedges

Instructions

6.Spread beef mixture over masa mixture in dish. Sprinkle with cheese and cilantro. Spread remaining masa mixture over cheese; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt.
7.Bake at 375°F for 35 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with lime wedges.
