2 cups sugar , divided
1 can evaporated milk
1 package Philadelphia Cream Cheese , cut up , softened
5 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 dash salt
1/2 cup guava paste , cut into small pieces

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.

7.Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
8.Place baking dish in a large baking pan, add 1 inch hot water to larger pan.
9.Bake for 55 minutes or until center is almost set.
10.Let flan stand in water for 10 minutes, then remove from water. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
11.To serve, loosen edges of flan with a knife, invert onto a serving plate with sides, and plate over to release caramel. Cut into wedges.
