1 tablespoon nonfat sour cream
1/3 cup romaine lettuce leaf , shredded
1/3 cup chopped tomato , remove seeds
2 tablespoons salsa

Instructions

1.Place a frying pan on medium-high heat and add ground turkey or beef to cook for approximately 5-7 minutes until browned.
2.Heat a tortilla in the microwave for 10-15 seconds or on a griddle for 30 seconds.
3.Spread nonfat sour cream (1/2 tablespoon) in the middle of the tortilla.
4.Place the cooked meat on top of the sour cream.
5.Sprinkle lettuce and tomato over the meat.
6.Spread salsa over the lettuce and tomato.
7.Roll the tortilla into a burrito by tucking in the sides and rolling it tightly.
