This Turkey Tamale Casserole is a twist on the traditional tamale, which is a staple food in Mexican cuisine. Instead of the typical corn husk wrapper, this casserole version is a rustic and flavorful mixture of ground turkey, taco seasoning, black beans, and Mexican blend cheese. The almond flour and coconut flour used in the casserole give it a slightly nutty taste and a firm texture, while the shredded cheese on top becomes melted and golden brown in the oven. This casserole is perfect for a weeknight dinner or a casual get-together with friends and family.
