Instructions

1.Slice the onions and peppers thinly using a box grater, mandolin slicer or food processor.
2.In a small saucepan, add white vinegar, cider vinegar, allspice berry, black peppercorns, dried oregano, and sliced garlic. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
3.Reduce the heat to low and allow it to simmer for a minute or two.
