Ingredients

8 flour tortillas
2 cups mozzarella cheese , shredded
8 ounces shrimp , cooked , peeled and deveined , medium size
1/2 cup sun-dried tomato packed in oil , chopped
1/3 cup fresh basil , chopped , can use 1 tsp . dried oregano as a substitute

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2.Place four tortillas on a baking sheet.

11.Cut into quarters and serve warm.
