Instructions

3.Roll the goat cheese log in the remaining pepper mixture until it is evenly coated.
4.Place the goat cheese log on the plastic wrap and roll it up tightly, twisting the ends of the plastic wrap to secure.
5.Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
