Ingredients

1 quart pineapple juice
6 ounces tequila
2 ounces Cointreau liqueur
2 ounces Grand Marnier
4 -6 leaves fresh basil
1 dash orange juice ( fresh )
1/2 cup sea salt ( may use kosher salt as well )
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup dried pineapple ( Small dice )
Inspired by Red Lobster's Pineapple Basil Margarita, this recipe is a perfect drink to enjoy on a hot summer day. With the sweetness and tanginess of pineapple, the refreshing taste of basil, and tequila kick, it makes a perfectly balanced drink. Instructions

1.Mix sea salt and sugar in a shallow dish.
2.Rub the rim of 4-6 serving glasses with fresh orange juice and then dip the rim in the salt and sugar mixture to coat.
3.In a blender, combine pineapple juice, tequila, Cointreau, Grand Marnier, fresh basil leaves and a dash of fresh orange juice. Blend until smooth.
4.Fill the prepared glasses with ice cubes and pour the mixture into the glasses.
5.Garnish with a small dice of dried pineapple and fresh basil leaves.
