4 teaspoons hot sauce
4 teaspoons kosher salt
1/4 cup canola oil
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups monterey jack and cheddar cheese blend , shredded

Instructions

4.Flatten the cakes using a spatula and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
5.Preheat the oven broiler. Place the black bean cakes on a baking sheet and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Place under the broiler for 1-2 minutes until melted.
6.In the same skillet layer fried eggs on top of the cakes. Top with a dollop of avocado crema and enjoy!
