1 cup onion , diced
2 jalapeno peppers , finely diced
1 cup whole kernel corn
1 cup cream-style corn

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2.Grease a 12 inch iron skillet or a 9 x 13 inch baking pan, set aside.

4.Add eggs, oil, and buttermilk and stir to combine.
5.Fold in cheddar cheese, green pepper, onion, jalapeno peppers, whole kernel corn and cream-style corn.
6.Pour the batter into the skillet or pan.
7.Bake for about 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
8.Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
