Ingredients

2 lbs ground meat
2 packets taco seasoning
1 onion , diced
1 bell pepper , seeded & diced
1 cup chopped olive
2 bags of shredded cheese
2 medium tomatoes , diced
1 bunch romaine lettuce , chopped
1 container sour cream
1 cup salsa
1 container guacamole
1 bag tortilla chips

This recipe is a spin-off on the traditional nachos, combining some Mexican flavors like ground meat, taco seasoning, salsa and guacamole with some healthy toppings like chopped olives, lettuce and fresh tomatoes. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.In a large skillet, cook the ground meat over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
3.Add taco seasoning and stir until fully combined.
4.Layer the tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
5.Spread the cooked meat over the top of the chips and sprinkle with diced onion, bell pepper and olives.
