Ingredients

1 lb ground venison
4 ounces shredded mexican style cheese
4 ounces shredded taco and nacho style cheese
4 ounces shredded monterey jack pepper cheese
5 flour tortillas
8 ounces salsa
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon cajun spices
1 teaspoon ground red chili pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground venison until it is no longer pink.
3.Add cayenne pepper, ground cumin, cajun spices, ground red chili pepper, and onion powder to the skillet and mix well.
4.Remove skillet from heat and stir in 4 ounces of mexican style cheese, 4 ounces of taco and nacho style cheese, 4 ounces of monterey jack pepper cheese, and salsa.
5.Take tortillas and divide the mixture between the 5 tortillas.
6.Roll up each tortilla and place them in a baking dish seam-side down.
7.Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top of the tortillas.
8.Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese on top is melted.
9.Serve hot and enjoy!
