Ingredients

2 amish skinless chicken breasts , cut into 1 inch cubes

1 large poblano chile , seeded and cut into 1 inch pieces
8 12 inch wooden skewers , soaked in water for 4 hours
1 orange , cut in half
salt & freshly ground black pepper
