2 boxes gingerbread mix

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9x13” baking pan and set aside.

3.Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked.
4.In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk and heavy cream.
5.Once the gingerbread is cooked, remove it from the oven and allow it to cool.
6.Using a fork, poke holes all over the gingerbread.
7.Slowly pour the milk mixture over the gingerbread, allowing it to soak in completely.
8.Place the cake in the fridge to cool and set for 2 hours or overnight.
9.Serve with whipped cream on top.
