1 can refrigerated biscuit dough ( flaky style )
8 ounces shredded Mexican blend cheese
shredded lettuce
chopped tomato
chopped onion
sour cream
guacamole
salsa , I use my homemade salsa ( Sooz 's Semi-Homemade Salsa )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Cook ground beef in a frying pan over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
3.Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and enchilada sauce to the ground beef. Stir well.
4.Open the canned biscuit dough and separate into individual biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
5.Place the biscuit pieces into a large mixing bowl. Add the ground beef mixture and mix well.
6.Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread evenly.
7.Top with shredded cheese.
8.Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until biscuit dough is cooked and cheese is melted on top.
9.Remove from oven and top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, chopped onion, sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
10.Serve and enjoy!
